The NEW generation VELUX Sun Tunnel has been redesigned from the ground up with a wide range of improvements that make installation faster and easier. Tube assembly time is reduced and less time is spent in the roof cavity.
The VELUX flexible Sun Tunnels provide installation flexibility. Flexible Sun Tunnels can be used when obstructions in the roof cavity prevent the use of rigid Sun Tunnels. Sun Tunnels are ideal for hallways, walk-in robes, pantries, toilets and other small areas without natural light.

Skylights should be inspected at least once per year and any build-up of leaves and rubbish be removed from around the skylight. Depending on the severity of the problem, this may be needed to be performed more often.
The Sun Tunnel is normally cleaned by the elements. At least once per year, wipe over with soap and water and a nonabrasive sponge. Avoid using solvents and thinners. Dust and wipe over to ensure that any build up or caked dust is removed which could prematurely cause corrosion. Repeat as often as needed for each individual location.

The VELUX Sun Tunnel is easier to install thanks to the threaded diffuser. When you’re finished, simply screw the diffuser into place. And, as an added bonus, it’s easier to clean as it can be unscrewed and cleaned as needed.
