Skyspan is an Australian owned family company and we are looking for a cross role with a mixture of Customer Service and Internal Sales in each of our branches but especially our Brisbane branch located in Banyo QLD 4014.
Due to constant growth, we are seeking an intelligent, responsible and energetic person, dedicated to customer satisfaction. You must be able to work both independently and as an integral part of our team as the need arises. Preferably looking for a junior to fill this role. Someone who is willing and eager to be trained, learn the ropes and climb the ladder to build a successful long term and rewarding career. Senior customer service role available also.

YOUR DUTIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Receptionist duties. Answering inbound phone calls from customers
Providing excellent customer service and providing a positive experience to all customers
Liaising with customers regarding new and existing orders
Following up on orders & products for delivery times
Responding to email enquiries regarding products & orders
Resolving customer issues and disputes where required
Contacting customers to ensure products are received where required
Liaising with factory/ warehouse at head office in Sydney and other departments as required
Assisting customers with product knowledge
Liaising with existing & new clients
Attending to walk in customers in showroom
Generating sales leads in NetSuite ERP system
Opening, following up & closing sales
General administration and data entry as required
Some Logistics work: Basic receiving inbound orders and dispatching outbound orders
Liaising with customers and scheduling deliveries to site where applicable
Forklift license would be favourable in case for unloading goods. Not a requirement for the role though.
Any construction, roofing or glazing industry experience or exposure would be favourable as it will help with your knowledge in the role. Not a requirement for though.
TO BE SUCCESSFULL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:
Good literary skills in both written and have verbal English
Sufficient mathematical ability
Be a problem solver
Strong communications skill (oral & written)
High attention to detail
Experience in customer service is preferable
Good organisational and planning skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM/Organising/Planning systems
Knowledge of construction/building, preferably roofing or be able to demonstrate the ability to learn
