Skyspan provides a complete installation service for our full range of skylight products — from small domestic units to large commercial glazing projects.
Our team, or one of our trusted distributors, can arrange installation in almost any location across Australia.
We offer:
- Supply and installation of complete skylight kits
- Supply and installation to roof level only
- Custom design, manufacture, and installation
- Organisation of installation through our nationwide distributor network
Please note, Skyspan does not install directly for the general public.
If you require installation, simply fill out the Installation Price Enquiry form available on each product page. Your enquiry will be forwarded to our network of independent skylight installers who specialise in residential and commercial projects.
All independent installers operate separately and are not employees of Skyspan Australia Pty Ltd.
Skyspan’s centrally located Sydney warehouse holds one of the largest and most comprehensive ranges of skylight stock in Australia.
We distribute nationally, providing fast and reliable service to every region — from Sydney to Perth, Darwin to Adelaide, Melbourne to Broome, and Cairns to Albany.
For urgent projects, Skyspan also offers an overnight delivery service to most major locations nationwide, ensuring you receive your products exactly when you need them.

Better Customer Service
a. As a Skyspan Trade Customer you will have access to faster response times and priority dispatch times.
What it is
A Trade Customer is a tradie who has filled out his contact information so that he can log onto the Skyspan E-commerce website to access trade prices which are lower priced than the RRP.
As a Trade Customer, we will store your information such as delivery addresses saving you time when re-ordering products.
A Trade customer can log onto their customer profile to view and print off all previous quotes, invoices and purchase history.
A Trade Customer account is not a credit account.
Who is Eligible
Any tradesman in the building industry such as Roofers, Roof Plumbers, Builders, Carpenters, handymen that will be a repeat customer.
Owner-builder licence holders are not eligible.
Conditions
Skyspan reserves the right to cancel any Trade Customer registration at any time.
A Trade customer may be asked to verify their trade licence and if it cannot be produced Skyspan may cancel their Trade Customer registration.
A registration must be verified before an order will be processed.
If all business and contact details are not correct, Skyspan may cancel a registration.
Any Trade Customer agrees to be contacted by Skyspan for marketing purposes including email.
Skyspan Trade customers agree to be bound to Skyspan’s standard Terms & Conditions of Trade.

Cut off time for all orders is 12pm Monday to Friday.

All products have a stated assembly and packing time. Freight times are added to the assembly time.

Skyspan does not deliver to a PO Box address, RMD or RMS address.

Freight to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro areas is 1–2 days. All other areas are 2–7 days. (Email customer.service@skyspan.com.au for a more accurate freight estimation.)

Liability for damaged goods is Skyspan’s until the product has been delivered.

Products cannot be delivered to site unless Direct Freight is used (not available in all areas) — direct to business only.

All products must be signed for when using standard freight (TNT).

When using Direct Freight, products can be delivered without signature if authorised on order.
