Skyspan Rewards Terms

The short version

Skyspan Rewards is for approved Skyspan trade accounts.
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on Skyspan products when you order online at skyspan.com.au.
1,000 points = a $10 promo code to use on your next online order.
Promo codes are valid for 90 days. Points expire 6 months after you earn them.

Skyspan Rewards is open to approved Skyspan trade accounts only, including trade, Major Trades & Specifiers, skylight installer and wholesale accounts.
Skyspan decides which accounts are eligible. Retail customers are not eligible.
Each trade account has one rewards balance. Points cannot be transferred or combined between accounts.

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible products in online orders placed at skyspan.com.au while logged in to your approved trade account.
Points are calculated on the amount you pay for eligible products after any discounts, excluding GST and shipping. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole point.
Eligible products are Skyspan-branded products. Velux products, and custom or quoted (POA) items, do not earn points.
Orders placed by phone, email or in person do not earn points.
Only orders placed on or after 12 October 2026 earn points.

Once you have 1,000 points, you can redeem them for a $10 promo code from the Rewards panel on the website.
Promo codes:
- are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued;
- can be used once, on an online order of Skyspan products (not Velux);
- can be used together with your trade account pricing, but not with any other promo code or offer;
- have no minimum order value.
If your order is worth less than the code, the unused balance is not refunded or carried over.
Points and promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.

Points expire 6 months after the date they are earned.
Promo codes expire 90 days after they are issued. Expired points and codes are not reinstated.

If an order is cancelled, or products are returned or refunded, the points earned on those products will be removed from your balance.
If a promo code was used on an order that is later cancelled or refunded, Skyspan may reissue the code at its discretion.

Skyspan may remove points, cancel promo codes or close a rewards balance if we reasonably believe the program has been misused, including through fraud or orders placed only to earn points.

Skyspan may change these terms, the earn rate or the rewards on offer, or end the program. We will post any changes on this page and give at least 30 days' notice before ending the program, so you have time to use your points.

We use your account and order details to run Skyspan Rewards, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
