Who can apply?

Any business in the building trade that will order from us regularly – roofers, roof plumbers, builders, carpenters and installers. Owner-builders aren’t eligible.

How long does approval take?

Usually a couple of hours, and always within 24 hours. You can browse the range straight away; your trade prices show once your account is approved. We may ask to see your trade licence.

Is it a credit account?

No. A trade account gives you trade pricing and online ordering. It isn’t a credit account.

Can I pick up from Tullamarine?

Yes. Pickup from our Tullamarine depot is free, so there’s no freight to pay.

What about custom or large sizes?
